Shipping Destinations:
We ship both domestically and internationally, with no regional restrictions. Wherever you are, we’ve got you covered!
Shipping Costs:
- UK Orders: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over £25! For orders under £25, there’s a flat shipping fee of £5.
- International Orders: Shipping rates vary depending on your location. You’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout.
Order Processing:
We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 days of receiving them. We know you're excited to receive your goodies, so we work as quickly as possible to get them on their way!
Delivery Times:
- UK: Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days after dispatch.
- International: Delivery times vary depending on destination. You’ll receive tracking information to follow your order’s journey!
Tracking:
You’ll get a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can keep an eye on your parcel every step of the way.
Shipping Issues:
If there’s a delay, just give us a shout! We’ll resolve it as soon as possible. For lost packages, we’ll send a replacement and handle things with the courier. If there’s an issue with the delivery address, we’ll do our best to adjust it, but any extra costs due to incorrect information will be the customer’s responsibility.
